This is How you Pull Pay slips for Government Employees (GHRIS)

 This is how you pull or generate pay slips for government employees in Kenya except the teachers employed by TSC.

Go to GHRIS using this link https://www.ghris.go.ke/login.aspx and you will be directed to the below page

On the above page click GOVERNMENT OF KENYA EMPLOYEES (click here to login) and you will be directed to the below page.

On the above page login using your USER ID (which is employee number) and you password. You will be directed to the below page.

On the above page point or click My Records and a drop down menu will appear as shown below.

On the above page on the drop down menu click My Payslip and you will be directed to the below page.

On the above page click Current Payslips (if you want pass payslips, that is, not current available pay slip click Previous Payslips) and you will be directed to the below page.

On the above page click View Payslip and you will be directed to the below page.

On the above page click Print Payslip and we are done!!!!!

Note: This system at times it is very slow and therefore patient at times is needed.
