This is how you renew driving license in Kenya. Go to Ecitizen via the link https://accounts.ecitizen.go.ke/login as shown below
On the above page login using your Login credentials (idno/email and password). Once you login you will be directed on the below page.
On the above page click National Transport and Safety Authority and you will be directed to the below page.
On the above page click Continue and you will be directed to the below page.
On the above page click Make Application and you will be directed to the below page.
On the above page click Apply Now and you will be directed to the below page.
On the above page click Submit and you will be directed to the below page.
On the above page login using your Login credentials (idno/email and password). Once you login you will be directed on the below page.
On the above page click Continue and you will be directed to the below page.
On the above page click Make Application and you will be directed to the below page.
On the above page click DRIVING LICENSES and you will see 04. One Year Driving License Renewal as shown below
On the above page click 04. One Year Driving License Renewal and you will be directed to the below page
On the above page click Submit and you will be directed to the below page.
On the above choose the payment method you will use to pay ksh 650/=. In this case I have chosen MPESA as shown above. Make payment. Once you received a payment message click Complete and you will be directed to the below page.
Once the payment is confirmed you are directed the below page.
On the above page click downloads and you will see driving license renewal for 1 year as shown below.
On the above page click downloads and you will see driving license renewal for 1 year as shown below.
On the above page Click driving license renewal for 1 year and you will be directed to the below page.
On the above page click Print Service and you will be directed as shown below.
You can now download or print it. We are done!
Note: When you click Apply Now and get the below page you should visit NTSA offices near you with your original ID and you Driving license for your data to be updated.
