Why Single Mothers Should be Remarried
I once told you when I was a young boy we used to be members of the SDA church.
That was more than 25 years ago.
But my mother became pregnant. Remember she is a single mother.
I really do not know what happened since I was too young, but, since that time we stopped going to SDA church.
Perhaps, she was chased out of that church on ground of sexual immorality.
And from that time she has never been in another church. Imagine living 25 years without being in church!
That is why I want to tell young single mothers in our churches it is very advisable to get married.
It is not only widows in the church who should get remarried but every single mother in the church.
We have so many single mothers in our churches who have not accepted themselves.
Single mothers in our churches should learn about “going ahead”.
If your husband has died move forward and get married.
If your marriage did not work move forward and get married.
If the relationship that gave you a child or children did not yield marriage, move on and get married.
Young single mothers who do not accept to get married are more likely to go to Satan.
Why go to Satan? Because, people have earthly bodies.
The pleasures of the body will drive you to what God hates.
People may not know about your sexual activities but where you get satisfied sexually may be against God.
Young single mothers should not live in church in denial.
God will never understand that a young woman in church had sex either with another believer or unbeliever because she is not married.
That act will remain as sexual immorality and it will separate the young woman from the love of God.
How many young women are in the church but Satan gets hold of them through sexual immorality?
Young mothers in our churches, move on and get married and Satan will not get hold of you because of your sexual life.
If Satan gets hold of you, he will block you from access the grace of God in your life. This will make your life to be terrible. You may have material resources but inner you will be dead.
Therefore, single mothers rise up, dust yourself, move on, and get married!
