Note: The NHIF card you want to check must be linked with a mobile number. If the card is not linked send the scan copy of the id and the number you want to be in your card to customercare@nhif.or.ke.
Go to NHIF self service through this link https://nhifcare.co.ke/Otp.html as shown below.

On the above page enter the code sent to your mobile number, the mobile number used in the NHIF card. See below
Once you enter the above code click verify and you will be directed to the below page.

On the above page you can see the members Data and whether covered or not, the covered members of the family, the facility chosen and if you want to change the facility you click Change Outpatient Facility.
Note: NHIF allows each covered member to choose one Outpatient Facility but members can each choose a facility of their choice (it is not a must that all members choose the same facility).
On the above page if you click Status you will be directed to the below page.
