During collection of Passport, you will need the following documents:
1. E-citizen Invoice
2. Photo Token Receipt
3. Original ID
4. Original Birth Certificate and photocopy for Minor ONLY (children under 18yrs)
5. Parent's National ID card for Minor ONLY (Parent who applied for the passport)
6. No Collection of Passport on behalf of the Passport Applicant.
7. Mandatory: Phone Number for the Passport Applicant only, except for the under 18yrs whereby phone number for the parent who applied should be used.
