HealthyU restaurant values is to provide healthy food choices to the American society. As such, the business will look for employees who have passions towards promoting healthy lifestyles.

Building an employee focused culture

Healthyu restaurant will strive to make the working environment enjoyable, fun and flexible as much. Employees spend 1/3 of their life in the workplace, thus the need to make the workplace habitable as much as possible (Molis, 1). Humor and fun will be incorporated in the workplace since too much learning without play made Jack a dull boy.

Involving employees in recruiting

Current employees are a vital source of knowledge on where to get potential hires. Involving employees in recruitment by asking for their referrals is a sure way to get good employees because the current employees would not want to refer an employee with questionable character because of their reputation.

Introduction: the startup business is a restaurant that will be offering organic foods, vegetable smoothies and fruit juices

The problem: the business seeks to solve the problem of being overweight and obesity, which is caused by poor diet

Target market: HealthyU Restaurant targets the entire family as the meals are ideal for the whole family. The secondary target market is for overweight and obese people

Solution: HealthyU Restaurant seeks to bring healthy food offering as the solution to the market and help the American to have a foundation of eating right and eating healthy foods.

Marketing and sales strategy: HealthyU Restaurant will use both conventional and contemporary methods of promotion with WhatsApp, TikTok and Facebook being the main channels of contemporary channels. HealthyU Restaurant will also offer free meals during local tournaments as a means of growing its brand name.

Competition: the marketplace has become very competitive and the restaurant industry in which HealthyU Restaurant is no different. Competition from small and large companies like McDonald’s corporation, Jamba Juice, Shake Shack, buffalo wings, taco Bell, burger king among others. Offering healthy organic whole meals along with vegetable and fruit juices will be offered in the most friendly customer service to make customers repeat customers.

Team: as a start-up, HealthyU Restaurant will comprise of Regina Hill as the founder and three additional employees.
