Employee engagement can simply be said to be both emotional and commitment connection workers have with their jobs and workplace (Trapp, 2021). Some of the policies I can implement to keep employees engaged are; giving employees a paid day off to be with their families and having a cup of coffee with employees once per month. This is because employees are also human beings with families and friends and they need to bond. Two, having time with employees one is able to know the ambiance of the workforce. The policies can apply to all employees despite their different personalities.
