Even if I do not provide a solution for them, I help them analyze the problem and generate possible ideas about the problem and leave them to take make the choice they deem fit. 4) What are some areas you would like to grow and improve in? Make sure to write five or more complete sentences.
The area I would love to grow and improve has to do with communication and productivity. I thought I was productive until I read this week’s note on productivity and how one needs to avoid distractions. Personally, I am distracted by things like mobile phone, conversations and time, which leads to effort waste. I need to master the skill of strategizing, organizing, and planning my time and priorities in order to accomplish the tasks I set (Strayer.edu, 1). I would also like to improve my communication skills to be able to deliver information effectively in various situations.
