I have learnt I have been using many complex sentences in my communication. This has been making my audience to lose touch with my message.
Going forward I will ensure my sentences are simple and straight to the point. Also, I have not been using connector to connect my paragraphs.
On revising my outline, I edit it on successive stages. This enables me to correct wording mistakes. By the time I am through with the new version my message is very persuasive.
What I have not been doing is reading my message aloud to myself. I will be utilizing the “Ten Principles of Power Editing” in my communication, both formal and informal.
