Christianity was not the first way of life of many Christians.
All Christians came from traditional ways of life.
It is the gospel preached to them that made them abandon their ways of life.
Those who were Jew left their Jewish customs in favor of Christianity.
Those who were Gentiles abandoned their ways of life and adopted Christianity as a way of life.
All over the world according to Christianity majority of people were Gentiles. And, they had their own customs that were not in line with Christianity.
That is why Christianity is all about leaving traditional way of life and accepting a new way of life that is in line with Christianity.
Christianity has been able to assimilate traditional ways of life of many tribes across the globe. Those who have not left their former ways of life are regarded as lost.
Likewise, if LGBTQ is legalized it will spread just like Christianity and that is where the fear of weak Christians lies.
Early Christianity was associated with missionaries. These people came not only preaching gospel but also helping the needy in communities.
They came with schools, hospitals and help that touched individual’s lives.
Take Africa as an example, most people live in poverty. Therefore, the help Christianity missionaries came with made many people to accept Christianity as a way of life. But, majority of them were attracted by goodies and not Christianity.
Today, these Christians strongly believe legalizing LGBTQ will do exactly what Christianity did to traditional ways of life, that is, Christianity will be assimilated by LGBTQ.
The fire of Christianity is not in well developed nations but in less developed nations where people look for hope to live. If LGBTQ is legalized in less developed nations like Kenya it will spread like bush fire. This is because it will come with resources that will lure many to abandon their ways of life and adopt LGBTQ as a way of life.
