Realistic Prices and Quality Services or Goods
There are people who think overcharging clients is a business custom or a way of minting cash.
You can overcharge a client but if that client gets a cheaper business he or she will move away from your business.
And remember customer base is made up of returning customers.
Never give a client poor services or allow him or her to leave your business with low quality goods.
Shoddy work chases away clients.
When a client finds a business that offers quality services or goods he or she sticks to it.
I am in business and I have clients from several counties in Kenya and most of them I got them either because of realistic prices or meeting their expectations.
I would rather refer a client to a person (or business) who does something professionally than do it shoddily.
