In real life I am introvert and working in teams is a big challenge to me. I prefer roles that do not require teamwork or group work.
In situations that I have been involved in teamwork projects, rarely did I make contributions without being asked to do so. Even when we go for a retreat as a team I prefer to isolate myself.
In order to work in a team, I have learnt I need to harness my social skills. My result of Humanmetrics is almost similar to those of Psych Central. The introvert nature takes the lead.
On the third personality test, I took it at Truity using the DISC for the workplace (Truity, n.d.). on this test, I scored highly offering support to others sector. This means I can be suited to roles of assistant. This is true because I am the first person who is approached when support is needed at my workplace and in my family.

The only thing I cannot be able to do is to command others. For me to lead a team that need commands I have to work on myself.
